Refund Policy

Our Commitment

We want you to feel confident buying from Calculus Edge. Andrew built this platform because he genuinely cares about your success in calculus, not just making a sale. If something isn't right, reach out directly and we'll do our best to make it right.

Course: 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase any course plan and are not satisfied within 7 days of purchase, contact us at calculusedge@gmail.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

After 7 days, course purchases are non-refundable. This applies to all plan tiers: Course Only, Course + Tutoring, and Exam Domination.

Tutoring: Session-by-Session Policy

Tutoring sessions are non-refundable once they have been completed. We stand behind the quality of every session Andrew delivers.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked session, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with adequate notice can be rescheduled at no charge. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows forfeit the session.

Late Night Rescue sessions ($500) are non-refundable once scheduled and confirmed, as preparation time is committed in advance. If you need to cancel more than 48 hours ahead, a session credit will be applied.

If a session must be cancelled by Andrew for any reason, you will receive a full refund or a rescheduled session, your choice.

Gifted Sessions

Sessions purchased as gifts follow the same cancellation policy. The recipient must coordinate scheduling directly through the booking link provided. Gifted sessions do not expire and may be transferred to another recipient with prior written notice.

AI Study Guide Subscription

AI subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Partial-month refunds are not issued for early cancellation.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to the AI tool, contact us within 7 days and we will issue a prorated credit.

How to Request a Refund

All refund requests should be sent to calculusedge@gmail.comwith the subject line “Refund Request” and your order details. We typically respond within 1 business day. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are a small operation and chargebacks are costly to contest, but more importantly, we genuinely want to resolve any issue directly. If you contact us first, we will do our best to make it right quickly.
